Zoned Manufactured, Can I Put A Modular?
I bought this lot at the auction and I am thinking of putting a modular home to make more $ off of it, but it is zoned for manufactured homes, do you guys think I can put a modular home on it? Thanks
Thanks John for the response...I am stuck between selling the lot as is or putting something on it to maximize the profits...I dont know what to do.

I know what you mean, but before you dump the lot, talk to some builders and realtors to see what it would cost you to build...and then what the retail market would be for your new house.
Might just be enough profit there to make it worthwhile for you.
