I was reading one of your posts on the subject of postcards, you had posted an example of the "I buy houses" post card and that you send out a different type to pre-foreclosures.
Can you give me an example of what you write to get people in pre-foreclosure to respond.
Also the response rate that your getting (like out of 200 postcard you got ? so many responses)

Thank You Zin, your right less is more. when I was writing letters I was putting everything into the letter and giving the reader no reason to call me except to sell me their house. "Give them a reason to call" very good point, then sell the benifits.

Lol, you most certainly can. With the amount of deals you do you could start the Zin Ferrari fund.
No, seriously i will become a paying member as soon as i get around to doing it. Free is always so much better though, but with sponsers like TLC does this site really need my money?
