Write Me A Book!!
Okay, I am looking for a large chunk of info from the more experienced investors on this site. I am interested in birddogging for a while to learn the ins and outs of this. I am not a "wow this looks like easy cash" one minute and a "wow this is like actual work, I quit!!" kind of guy so I need to know before I start digging in exactly what you are looking for in a good investment. I live in the Detroit metro area where there seem to be a lot of foreclosures due to the auto industry downturn and when I spot one, I want to make sure it wont just wind up as wasted time. Any takers?
By the way, a Leatherneck is a Marine. My wife didn't know and I didn't want you folks to think my neck was actually leathery.
