Wraps
Hello everyone. Please forgive my lack of knowledge on this question. I have heard of Wrap Around Mortgages or Wraps and I was wondering what exactly it is and how it would apply to either buying or selling if it does? I'm guessing that you don't buy on a wrap but you do sell on one. It certainly wouldn't be the first time I was wrong though!
