Wonder If This Would Work ?
I was just skimming thru and reading some of the posts when I thought of this idea. I am a broker in Ca and thru refinancing I pay off peoples back taxes all the time. I would like to get peoples opnions on how they think buddying up with a broker would work. Buy the tax lein and then try and get the owner to refinance. Right now I am doing research on buying leins in AZ. to personally buy.
