William Bronchick
Hey gang, i just completed my first deal, a flip to another investor that payed me $7500. Feels like i really am an REI!
Anyway, i realized during this transaction, i am still very insecure with the paperwork (of course much else too).
I stumbled onto william bronchick. I am considering buy two courses of his. "alternative RE finance techniques" and "secretes of a RE lawyer".
Has anyone else purchased these or any courses from Bronchick? What is the opinion of his info? Both courses add up to $700+ but i feel i need a few more tools in my box.
Any opinions would be appreciated..

I have Bronchicks Alternative RE Financing and it has a great deal of good information. In my opinion it is worth the money, then again anything I can pick up just one idea from is worth the money. In any event I don't think you can go wrong with his materials....
I bougth two of Bronchik's courses. What I liked about them is that he is an attorney and he talks specifically about the legality of issues. He also provides paperwork for the different methods.
