Will This Work In California?
Has anyone been successful in wholesaling in California? I know it's best to buy distressed properties in the best possible neighborhoods. However, with the property values being so outrageous (especially here in Northern California), what's the best way to make this work? I'm thinking of trying Nevada or another state close to California.

I'm in the same situation (Half Moon Bay). Back in 1996-1999 we flipped two properties. Now I have one new construction property going in Sutter Creek (Amador County) but with our high real estate prices, its hard to find good deals. We have invested in some raw land in Yerrington NV. I'm scouting the Reno area for some rehabs. I like NV since it is close.
