Quote: the best lead generation tool you are going to find is Lucky Buys Yucky Houses.

    Yucky Houses, huh...

Where do you advertise? Sesame Street?

I think your line is memorable and will stand out amongst the other investors trying for the ultimate in cool.

ANything that sets you apart from the crowd is good. "Ug Buys Ugly Houses" is sesame too but very successful.

I run multiple sites, some are slick and others are down home so that we can draw both types of sellers..

Why not use a virtual assistant from a company like "Team Double Click"? roughly $22/hr, min 2 hrs /wk
Google their name if you need more info

Thanks for reminding me of that, I just recently read something about them, I think from Steve Cooks site.

The price sounds nice, I think the answering services are something like $75 flat fee and $1 a minute.

So I should rephrase me title: Anyone has advice on virtual assistant services or the like for taking response calls from marketing?

    Thanks,
    Scott

VSW, one of our advertisers also does this as well.

    Thanks for the tips guys,

BargainKing, do you use the answering service 100% of the time to field those calls, or just when needed?

Have you tried tailoring you message to attempt to produce fewer, but pre-screened responses?

We use Pat-Live and are pleased with their service.

PAT Live charges $79-$99 for the live operator and still charges you $1.00/ minute. Therefore with each call lasting about 3 minutes, it can get pretty costly.
