You must be joking right? I purchase foreclosures from the auction and preforeclosures from homeowners and I have never purcased at 50-60%. If you want to invest seriously in the valley, than 20k below market is a good deal on properties that are priced around $150k.

    kdawgg,
I would suggest you do some research of the area your in and then try and hook up with wingnut. I think you might fair better that way. From what I have seen here, the Phoenix market is hot and those deals dont exist in that area. I would ask for some help and go from there. You will want to know the market much better, so you dont get discouraged in your search for the perfect property. Good luck.

    Hello-

I am currently in Tucson, but will be moving my wholesale pursuits to Phoenix in April. Do you attend investment clubs in the Phoenix area? Would you be inclined to join me for lunch to talk about the Phoenix market?

    Many Thanks

    Colin

No offense to anybody here but, I get about 3 messages a week, on people who want to start investiing in my area. I don't understand why I would help someone that is going to invest in the same area as myself. I have enough competition already.
