Wholeselling In Georgia?

Hi there, any investors in Georgia? I am wondering about the "flipping" laws specific to Georgia, and holding laws, etc. if any? Also, the calculations that are typically used in Georgia in quick flipping. (I hope that makes sense, trying to start to use the lingo rasberry )

No calculations really. THe best way to do it is this way, Write or e-mail all your banks in the area you want to cover. Write "Attn: Real Estate Owned department."

write them a letter, basically saying this

    Hello,
I am a Private Real Estate Investor and I am interested in obtaining a list of Real Estate Owned Properties and properties, which the Bank has had to take back through foreclosures. I am prepared to pay cash for homes. I would also like a contact for your Loss Mitigation Dept or similar if your facility has one. I look forward to hearing from you and doing business with your Bank. If you have one, I would like to be put on a recurring list. Please forward a list to my email or address:

then fill out the obvious. Once you get a list, your going to see properties that have been on there for a while, so if they are asking 100k for it, offer 50k. Many will say no, but few will say yes. I know that sounds backwards, you get the property for 50, sell it for 65k.. This way, it has 35% equity which investors want, and you made 15k

If you are interested in this, PM me or e-mail me, i may be able to help with the "money" part of this

    Good Luck

    Eric
