Wholesaling
As I look for properties to buy and hold, I come across properties with good numbers that are not in my area of interest. I would like to wholesale them to a rehabber. I can bird dog for people looking for properties in my area of interest.
So the best thing to do is to start creating your buyers list. Do you have one already?
Good point. But the goal is to find out your buyers preferences also.
How will you know what the preferences are if you don’t actively question them when getting their info? That is how I would start if I was wholesaling.
Might want to use this feature then as you start getting prospects.
You also might want to get folks within the state.
