I am interested in Scott Rister's Wholsaleing mainly because it sounds like he mixes Sub To's and wholesaling to make a plan of action... do you think that it is good course............full of contracts and down to earth teaching.....
I recently purchased the course off of EBay. I have read about a 3rd of the course and I think there is some really good information in the course. I did recently check EBay and someone is currently selling the course. (I paid $170.00 for it on EBay) The course now sells for $349.00 retail. In summary, if you are planning on focusing on Wholesaling, I think it is a great course. I also purchased Steve Cook's Wholesaling for quick cash and It had some good info, but not near as much content (the book is double spaced) I don't like it when Authors/Guru's do this because it is an easy way to make the course look like more content than there really is. Both courses have some valuable insight, but I would recommend Scott Rister’s over Steve Cook's.
Hope this helps,
David Lukas

Any other information on this opinion. I see on Rister's webpage he does go trhough the steps of sub2. Does he guide you through sub2 and wholesale together or as sub2 as an additional strategy?[ Edited by sbc on Date 01/20/2004 ]

Scott Rister is a good choice for wholesaling. His course is all text but filled with lots of good ideas.
