Wholesale-vs-Flipping

What is the difference between wholeselling and flipping. They both seem very similar to me. And could you give me an example of both. mad

Flipping in government terms refers to an illegal activity by some unethical investors who made profits from fraudulent activity.

Wholesaling is the proper term. Flipping (in the legal sense) is still used, it means wholesaling, only a new person would be advised to say wholesaling.
