Try advertising this in the Ann Arbor News. You may have better luck. HAve you been networking with other investors. Good way of finding properties.

also try real estate investor assoc. 1st Tue. of every month, holiday Inn I-75 at northline 7pm There are always alot of properties being advertised. Should be able to find some there.
