Too Many Leads in DFW! (and elsewhere)

I have WAY too many leads to handle them all. Most are in the DFW area. Also, currently I have one in Washington and one in Missouri. Plus, I need to partner for long distance deal in Amarillo.     Have another lead here for VA, anybody got an Investor there? are you Investing there?.
    2 homes, must sell due to leaving the state for job transfer.(1 is a 'fixer upper')
