I'M LOOKING FOR PROPERTY'S WITH A HIGH ENOUGH FMV TO FLIP TO OTHER INVESTORS. I ALLREADY HAVE A NUMBER OF INVESTORS THAT ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE PROPERTYS FOR ABOUT 60% OF THEIR FMV.

Willing to be a bird dog for you. Need to know your terms as far as payment to me for locating the deals and what type of equity your looking for. Able to look for deals in detroit, downriver area as well. Most deals that I find have an equity of $10K to $20K. What type of property, Frame or Brick?
