NJ Bird-Dog looking for Buyers

I am looking for New Jersey Buyers for my Wholesale deals. I have found a couple deals in NJ but have had nobody to "flip" them to.
Does anybody know people in Central/North New Jersey that is interested in these types of deals?
I am also interested in working with anybody that is experienced in lease options that could mentor me and be involved in my first couple of deals (with a 50/50 split in profits)...
