Newbie Wholesale Help
hi everyone,
i currently have a relative who works at the county/parish courthouse clerk of courts office. i can get information on ''notices of default'' about 2-3 months before it appears in the newspaper.
i would love to get some motivated sellers to let me take over their loan in return getting the lender off their backs and moving money.
is there any way i could wholesale these houses to other investors without buying the house first. meaning is there anyway i could kinda be the middleman and try to sell to other investors at a wholesale price and keep the difference ?
it seems like i would need some kind of rights to the house to do this, is this right ?
