Need Birddogs in Denver
Hello all:
I need a few deal dogs for the Denver area.
I do Subject to, Sandwich Lease Option, Preforclosure (including short sales) and some rehab (if the situation is right). I pay when the deals are closed or I get the property occupied.
I do about 2 deals a month so I am always looking for help.
