How to deal with Condemned Property

hi,

I have a lsit of condemned properties and I would like to know the steps I need to follow before I can make a deal happen between me and the owner. Any ideas?

Also, is there anything I need to do with the County before I can get a clear title and buy the property?

    Ok, so I found out that you must call the county to find out if you can actually get the property fixed and get it off the list. If not, there is no point to move forward.
