Finding Buyers
I guess I've just been having trouble finding NEW quality buyers. I run my ad every now and then to keep my list up to date, but the new guys joining my buyers list from my website, don't seem to be as serious as some of my regular buyers. Maybe it's a seasonal thing, lol.
Anyone get a whole batch of bad buyers lately?
My website tells them "serious inquiries only"
Maybe I need to start asking for $1000 deposits.
