Contract Question For New-york
When buying to sell wholesale to investor cash.
do I use the Realtor sale agreement they use in the real estate offices, or is it a different contract , the Realtor sales agreement does not have cash sales in it.
If not : where can I find one (purchase contract)
also I need a NY contract assignment form.

Section 10 of the new Residential Purchase Contract has a checkbox labeled as No Financing for cash purchases. PM me if you need the new form.
