REI is a game that requires much research. There is a wealth of information on this Web site. You should use this site correctly by researching broad general questions BEFORE you post for responses from members. After reading all you can find that is already posted, if a more specific question is not answered, THEN post for responses.
This is a great Web community full of helpful folks who sincerely want to help motivated newbies succeed. Respect that and do your homework before asking for help.
One must remember that each person must make their own choice. I'm not saying don't buy his stuff and I'm not saying buy his stuff.
With that said, I have purchased both his No Money Down Home Study Course and the Coaching.
I found the Home Study Course to be very valuable, and I learned a lot. It was an excellent primer, for me, in order to get started in REI.
However, I am not too thrilled with the 4k Coaching. Especially since the "mechanics" behind the whole coaching is not exactly as it appears. While I like my coach and have learned a few things, I probably would have learned more Trial and Error using that money on a property, or buying other educational material.
It is my opinion that to be successful in REI (or anything for that matter) you must continue your education at all times. You can learn a lot from these boards, for free, but at some point you are going to have to invest in yourself and your education.
Just do a little research, and choose wisely (yes you will make mistakes) on what programs to buy. If you don't have a lot of money to start, try out some of the lower prices courseware here or go to your local bookstore. Or even your library.
I do not sell any courseware here or on any other site. And I admit, sometimes I get frustrated after buying some books/courseware. But on every purchase I have made to date, I have learned something. And that knowledge was worth the price to me.
