Hello everyone. This is my very first post after reading quite a few posts in this forum. I must say, there are many extremely helpful investors in here. My graditude to all that have shared.
After reading about bird-dogging in this forum, I've managed to get myself out and about. I found a house that's boarded up and managed to find the owner's contact information through a morning's research (first visit) at the county court house.
