  I'd like to join your group too. I'm an investor/landlord. My property is in Jersey City and Bergen Cty. I have some leads on JC duplexes which I will not buy myself (looking for bigger stuff); contact me if you are interested. They are pretty cheap, currently rented, and in close proximity to light rail.

  Hi all, have been MIA past couple weeks. good to see it looks like we have the critical mass for a "marketplace" in NJ here online. Anyone having any luck with lease to purchase/sell? This seems interesting, though I've not seen anything in the papers where people are advertising for people who want to rent to own. Where does one develop these leads?
