I aplogize folks for the miss information. The chat will be Sunday, Feb. 23rd here on TCI.
TCI opens it's chat rooms on sunday nights, so a few of us decided to gather the bird dogs for some conversation.
We are all learning this on the fly together. Let's put our heads together and assist on another. If for nothing else, MOTIVATION!!!!!!

Is there a way to review the bird dog chat from last night? I couldn't get into the web site. My confuser told me that the server was down for this web site. I could go to every other website out there, but not TCI.
Help please............if possible.

First of all, thanks for having the chat last night, very informative! During the chat someone mentioned being able to access the MLS through either dataQuick.com or realtor.com and I am unable to figure out exactly how on either one of those sites. Can anyone walk me through the MLS process? Do I need the MLS number or can I access through an address?

I'm not a expert on this subject, but realtors usually are the only ones to use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system through their employer.
I have dataquick, but I haven't seen any MLS services..

I have a newsletter to my bird dogs called FETCH---I cracked up when I saw you take on that name.
I am sooo proud of the way you are encouraging all the bird dogs---good job. I am sure there are those who will be timid and will wait to see if people are actually getting deals and getting paid----so make sure to tell everyone to post their successes on this site.
