Big Brother Is Watching
Hi everyone. I was wondering if there are any licensed real estate agents in the crowd who are using the subject to, land trust... techniques to invest as a principle and if so, are there any legal ramifications that you are aware of if everything is properly disclosed. As a realtor we get very used to sterile transactions i.e. cookie cutter houses, unmotivated sellers, qualified buyers, low interest rate conventional mortgages etc. We also have a broker, local board and state RE Department monitoring our every breath so to invest as a principle using creative techniques is a whole new world for most. Any feedback, caveats or success stories will be greatly appreciated.
