Assignment To Buyer-collect Deposit?
Wondering what is the approriate way to handle a deposit from a w/s buyer?
Let's say my assignment fee is $15k, do I get 1/2 down as a nonrefundable deposit and deposit the other w/ an escrow agent? Seems like a pretty big chunk for someone to give as a nonrefundable deposit? Or is there another way to do it?
