Assignment Of Contract In IL
What is the best way to assign a contract in the state of Illinois? Should I take the contract and agreement of assignment to a title company/closing agent and be paid by closing agent or perform a double escrow closing?
I am working on assigning a couple of contracts in Chicago, and would like some advice as to the best way to get it done here in IL.
