Wholesaling Question
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find the phone number to vacant properties. I have found about fifty properties and I went on the auditors site to find the owners. I went in the phone book and I was only able to find about 10 numbers. I also tried online but with little success. If anyone has any suggestions I would truly appreciate it.

Try a skip tracer, they will charge you between $20-40 per person, they offer bulk discounts. Its a little expensive but when it is hard to locate the owner it shells off most of the buyers and assures you that you are the only one to put in an offer. You can make more money, and besides, what is $40 compared to a deal where you might make $40,000.

Best way to find out anything is through the neighbors. You would be surprised what the little gray haired lady knows across the street.
