1)Flipping properties by William Bronchick how detailed and good is it in getting the begginer started ASAP without mentoring
2) Vena Jones-Cox Wholesaling Course and good ..................and her 1 year mentoring pgm has anyone used her mentoring and is it any good and does she actually live up to this since i find this too good to believe for the price and what does it entail 1 time a week or unlimited phone or by email mentoring
3) Scott Riste Wholesaling Course what is your take on this one

i also have the same questions... vena jones cox is offering her course for $599.... i spoke with her and it seems like she is willing to answer questions that deals with applying the principles in her course... she does offer 1 year money back guaranteed if you can't close a deal with her materials... but $599 is steep if the material is fluff... what did you decide?

Watch out for the "fluff factor".
