Wholesaling in So. Calif., escrow or atty?
In Southern Calif. escrow companies normally handle the closing process. Is that required or could an attorney handle it? I will double check with an attorney I was just wondering if anyone on the forum knew.
Time is of the essence in handling a wholesale transaction. If an escrow company is used, how does one get them to move faster than the normal 30 days? Do I need to handle some of the work?
