Has anybody has any experience flipping a condominium. Do you run into any problems with the home condo association? Any input on this would be appreciated? Thanks.
flipping a condo is not a big deal. well the big deal is making sure you get a higher price. other than that the HOA can not prevent you from selling your property. the best way to do this is to buy the condo at pre-construction prices. buy the time the place is built the prices will most likely go up 10 to 30 percent. the bigger the condo, the more time it takes to build thus the more time you have to flip it.
When flipping a condo before closing but bought during pre-construction, when do you get paid from the buyer---at closing?? Does closing usually occur after completion of the project?

Condo's usually don't sell as well as homes, so you can run across more motivated sellers ---- been waiting to sell and are up against the wall.
Condo owners also tend to be more mobil so that should be a plus looking for deals.
Close to colleges and shopping centers are good bets.
