Wholesaling and Sub2 Deals?????

Hello all,

$Cash$, I have read your article on Sub2. Although informative, I still feel a void in my understanding. I am wondering is there any additional information anywhere to be found on the subject. Better yet, is there a how to course available or do you have one?

Also, what is wholesaling and where can I find info?

Currently, neither of these methods are on my immediate investment list, but if I learn them and like them, they just may be bumped up in the line-up.

    With the investment you get 24/7 email with me one on one. A password protected website for investors to ask questions, get answers and share with one another. Plus I will give you my phone number in case you need a question answered immediately, like if you are in front of a seller and get stuck for an answer.

    Wholesaling is finding a property and wholesaling (flipping) it to another investor for a profit.

    My e-book on Bird-Dogging covers the different types of investors and properties it could easily be converted to wholesaling with a few more documents, which if someone needs them I would get for them.

    J. Locke,

    I am a new student of yours!!!!! I have my first problem. Well, I ordered the course, but having problems downloading it. Could you help me out? I wrote Joel, but i'm excited and ready to read the material.

    Also, I am interested in the extra documents to make it into a wholesaling manuel.
