Wholesale Flips Harder To Do In Today's Market?(Michigan)

My realtor is trying to steer my away from doing wholesale flips. He seems to think it's not a good market for this (Southeast Michigan) and recommends me not doing this. Any comments on this??

My opinion is that most Realtors do not understand investing. I think there is a market, either look for FSBO's or find another Realtor.

Depends on the type of flips you are doing. Are you flipping to investors or to home owners (retail)?

I think if your offer is formulated correctly and you are figuring all the holding costs etc into it, why wouldn't it work?

dont let your realtor steer you anywhere. youre in the drivers seat. These guys are right, realtors dont have an investors mentality. Besides, you dont need a realtor to find good deals.
