Who Has Ever Used Private Lenders?
The reason I ask this is that I have many people I could use as private investors, but honestly not sure how to structure the deals so at least it seems that I know what I am doing.
I am interested in learning how to do the numbers and how to write everything up correctly.
If anyone has good experience with this, I would appreciate it if you would spend some time helping me get this stuff right and do it correctly.
