Which States Use Note And Deed Of Trust
I am trying to find out which States use a non judicial note and deed of trust financing system and what is used in other States as the alternative. Also are Warranty Deeds different State to State.

You can do this legal meandering on your own, without asking anybody to spend his valuable time listing all 50 states' laws.
Go to your courthouse law library and pull the volume on Deeds of Trusts in Am Jur legal cyclopedia, lawbook set...then you can read to your heart's content and spend as many hours and days as it's worth to you.
FYI in non D/T states, a mortgage is used, which requires the lender to sue the debtor in court and get a court judgment against the debtor, then foreclose on same....a much slower process than D/T procedure.
