Which Newspapers Publish Trustee Sales In Sacramento And El Dorado Counties

I am trying to find out which newspapers publish trustee sales notices in Sacramento and El Dorado counties, in California. Any hints would be appreciated. Also, if anybody attended such sales lately, would be interested in knowing whether properties sell for below market value, at market value or above market value.

A phone call to any tax agency (city, county) in the USA will get the info for you. They know the local legal publication that carries their tax sale info.
Ask to talk to the head of that agency as the clerks might not know, but the Tax Collector or his/her secretary/assistant will know.
