Which Gets A Tenant Quickest -- Seeking A Renter OR Tenant Buyers...

On average, how long does it take to get a good tenant/buyer verses a typical renter... 1 week, 3 weeks, 3 months???[ Edited by KenB on Date 09/22/2003 ]

    I found the R/B's for my first two Lease Option properties within a couple of weeks (max) of signing up the properties. Now I have 5 more that I'm trying to fill and can't seem to find any!

    I have good R/B's but no properties in the areas or price ranges they are looking for...lol. They come in through our website. Time to start looking for properties that fit them, I suppose. Good luck to you.

    Tenant/Buyers are easier and more profitable with 90% less headaches for me...

    Tenant buyers also require less maintenance. Pride of ownership keeps them from trashing the place.

    I have had better results with tenatn buyers paying on time, too. A simple clause in the contract stating if they are a day late they lose their option, seems to be a gfreat motivator for them to get that check in the mail early.

    A few thoughts. Tenant/Buyers are much easier to get, take better care of the property, and pay in a more timely manner.

    I don't find properties to suit my tenant/buyers. I find properties. Then the tenant/buyers come
