Which Comes First The Buyers List Or The Sellers List?
I need to rephrase my question. Before I start marketing my new web sites which web do I market first the "we buy houses" or "we sell houses".

Yes, I believe with the "we buy houses" website and effective local marketing, prescreening and follow up investors may have a reliable business tool.
Yes, I believe with the "we sell houses" website along with a property listing and an initial sign up for potential investors interested in earning above cd rates for funds, investors also have a reliable business tool.

Both are necessary to provide essential services and it will be like one can better get updated with this.
