Where (what Markets) Are The Opportunities?
I do a lot of investing in DFW and am noticing that the number is decent deals is getting fewer and far in between.
What markets are you invested in and why?
What is your unique business strategy?
What is your competitive advantage (how do you get more net income than the competition)?
There will be a lot of properties changing hands in the DC area! snicker snicker
On a serious note, the foreclosures are coming in waves, so keep looking for the deal in areas you are comfortable with. Also, look at your strategy and adjust as needed.
With HMBI being removed as the HUD broadband broker in several states, HUD sales have basically gone to 0. I expect the new HUD wholesaler to accept some good discounts when the selling resumes. In NC and SC, sales were 2362 in August, 2100 in September, 1070 in October, and zero in the last almost 3 weeks.
