Where To Start? Question From A Newbie
question from a newbie with very little- uh scratch that -NO cash.
for someone in my position what would be the safest way to start investing. i know risk is always involved, but when you dont have much to risk the loss becomes a bit stiffer to handle. i have read about wholesaling, rehabing, short sale, landlording, and on and on...
before i take the steps i want to know from the people who have been there, in any capacity, what they learned and what they would suggest. by the way my market is southern florida.
any suggestions, help, guidance...
