Where To Get A Lease Agreement

I am about to rent out my first single family house. Do most of you have an attorney make a lease for you that is specific to what you want or do you just use a generic lease form that you can get off the internet or at an Office Depot?

You might try getting your hands on several leases used by property managers in your area and then structure your own based on what you see that you like. My leases are seven pages long plus I have a few addendums as well.

One way of getting copies of these is to tell the property management company you are looking to have your property managed and you need to see if their lease is strong enough.
