Where To Find Tax Lien Property

Hi everyone,

I'am clueless! Do I go to the court house in my state to find out about tax liens? Is it posted in the newspapers? How do I find out this information?
Please help!

    First, you need to study the state law on collection of delinquent property taxes if you are planning to invest in a state. Then you can call the appropriate agencies that do the tax sales, usually the tax collector or treasurer of the county. They can tell you when they plan to have a sale. Just call all the counties in which you might investment.

    OR has no tax liens. The properties are sold at a deed auction.

    Thanks everyone, I appreciate all your help.
    Looks like I will be looking into another area of investing. Since I live in Oregon. My hearts desire, is to invest in a mobile home park or maybe a couple plex's. Just thought I could maybe get my feet a little wet and make my money work for me while I was at it........
