I don't know where in Canada you are but I use a publication called Business Prospects. It lists all the consumer and commercial statements of claim, judgements etc. for Alberta. If your not in Alberta your best bet would be your local public library. They will most likely be subscribed to one of these types of publications. If not you can go to the courthouse clerks office and ask them if they know of any publications of this kind. I used the Edmonton public library to find this publication. I can't kick the public libraries. They are a tremendous resource that many people don't take advantage of.
