Where To Find Foreclosures/bank Prop
I have never purchased a foreclosure or bank owned property as I am new to this. There are online services that provide info on bank oend properties and foreclosures. Are these legit? If so, what are some good ones? Where do other people find properties? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
All of them are good, but some are better than others in certain areas. There are a lot of banks that use realtors, and there are some that you can go directly to there websites. If you have a group of investors in your area I would suggest asking them. I like realty trac but thats my preference for this area.
