Where To Buy Tax Lien In Arizona
Hi,
I am new in tax lien, I live in CA, and Arizona is closest lien state. I am trying to start with over-the-counter purchasing now.
Which county(counties) are the good start for a newbie?
Thanks for help.

Maricopa county is the largest county. To get a list of counties and their population use www.naco.org. Amount of delinquent tax parcels and amount is approximately proportionate to the population of the county.
Some of the answer of letting the tax land go back for taxes depends on what state you are in and what you want to do later.
In a nut shell
In MO if you don’t pay your taxes you can’t bid at tax sales. You sign an affidavit stating you are not delinquent in taxes. If you are and it is found out then you lose property you buy at later tax sales. Check you state laws.
Ah, that makes perfect sense! Thanks for the clarification. Now, for regular property owners who lose their property by not redeeming their tax lien, how does that affect their credit rating? Or is that once again, dependent upon whether the county or state has time to deal with submitting such reports to the credit bureaus?
Counties usually do not report. However, recently I noticed that our company Dun and Bradstreet report contains information (positive I might add) from several counties that have reported that we have been good payers.
your own or a neighboring state (if yours is not a lien state).
