Hey Guys and Gals,
I thought I'd get tons of offers to bird dog for retail flipping---since it's easier than wholesale flipping---paydays come more often for about the same amount!!!!
I still need bird-dogs in Oregon, Utah, Arizona and more bird-doggs in Ca and Nevada.
Is everyone just reading $CASH$'s book and SITTING on the info????? I make it easy for you to get paid---anyone want $$$$$$$????

I am in TN, and I have several leads for folks looking to sell in Dickson County and Humphries County. I am wanting to bird dog for awhile until I find my niche, so I want to get these leads to someone else. A couple of these are preforeclosures while the others just want to get out now! Just a quick note---on way to open house for a prop I have under contract.
Tonite I will be working the round robin system for this prop from my time 6-9 so it doesn't look like I can make it but I'll see if I can get a break for 10 min to hop on----I have to do it at kinkos---will try.
It was great to meet you by phone.
To all of you I haven't been back to yet---it's a'comin'----no Jason, you rascal I'm not gamblin----too many other wonderful things to spend $$$ on .

Likewise, I really enjoyed meeting you the other day. I should have a couple coming your way earily in the week. I have to run some comps and view the properties. (Oh, just a note for you, I am a residential appraiser.)
