Where Do I Start.
I want to start investing and I have looked at a few rehab projects but don't know what route take. I would like to contact the seller first but without any knowledge of the next step, would that be wise. 
You need to keep learning from this web sight, and order one of those guru's lessons before you go any farther.
Thank you, but I have read about four books and most of them I understand. For flipping I want to make sure that while acquiring property and finding buyers I want it to be legal and make sure I make a little money in the process[ Edited by dejayjohnson on Date 12/10/2003 ]
