Where Do I Find Property Values On-line?

I was wondering if there was a website where I could find info about things like the market value of a home/property, what it sold for last, what the appraised value is...etc. I am a little hesitent to just take the owner's general estimate. Anyone know? Here is a bagel and coffee on me!

It may be difficult to find what the property sold for "last week" as the records are late in updating for most sites.
The fastest wold be the county clerk of court records. If you can't find the appraiser site or clerk of court sites for your county by searching on line , then just call the appraiser office in your area and ask for the addresses of these two sites
Not all counties are on line
The other option would be to do a search engine for "home values" or "how much is my house worth"
    Someting to that effect.

Hey, I used to live in Jupiter Florida...when I moved and my new classmates asked where I was from, I quickly learned to not say "Jupiter"...

Thanks for the info, the clerk doesn't have records online. I'll try the other option you gave. Thanks!

Thanks, that worked great for the residences. What about businesses? I encountered a problem there...I appreciate the help! That house I was talking about for $152K where the owner said it was worth $165K showed up for $109 as lowest and $159 as highest. Of course now it has a pool, a garage and the extra lot worth (he claims) $45K.....is he being too shady?

Sounds like a reasonable asking price

I used to get that "Jupiter" look but now it is a hot place to be.
    Tons of new developments $$$$
Can't afford to move unless its away
